Coconut Chilli Popcorn


You will need:
1/4 of a cup of popcorn kernels
1 heaped tbsp of coconut oil
Zest of 1 lime
Sugar to taste (I used roughly 1 tbsp)
Salt to taste (I used roughly 1/2tsp)
1/2tsp of chilli powder


Heat the coconut oil in a pan and add the popcorn kernels, then quickly place the lid on the saucepan.

Shake the pan regularly, and wait until the popcorn stops popping. Remove the pan from the heat.

Transfer the popcorn to a large bowl, add all of the flavour to the bowl and toss the popcorn until evenly coated.
