Ingredients:
Zest of 3 lemons
30g of poppyseeds
250g of oats
125g of caster sugar
125g of butter
2-3tsp of golden syrup
1) Preheat the oven to 180C. Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
2) Lightly grease a baking tray and spread the oat mix out over the baking tray. Then use the back of a spoon to compress the mix until pressed into the corners of the tin.
3) Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. When cool, remove from the tin and cut into strips.
