Ingredients:
For cake:
3/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup chia seeds
1 1/2tsp baking powder
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup golden syrup
1/3 cup almond milk
For chocolate sauce:
100g vegan chocolate
Coconut cream
1) Preheat the oven to 150C. Firstly, prepare the chocolate sauce. In a saucepan, heat the coconut cream over a medium heat until warm. Take of the heat and crumble in the chocolate into the cream and stir until fully combined. Leave to cool as you prepare the cake.
2) Place all of the cake ingredients into a food processor, and blend until well combined. If this is a little thick, add extra almond milk. Transfer the mix into a greased cake tin.
3) Bake for 15 minutes.
4) Allow the cake to cool fully and then spread the cooled coconut sauce over the cake.
